Despite initial challenges with the company's rebranding, our team successfully developed assets scaled across all digital and print platforms.
Our objective was to ensure that templates and various brand documents were easily accessible for all team members to utilize efficiently.
Over the past five years, my role at Doma has evolved significantly. I have led a team of designers, managing both the creative direction and the production of assets across print, digital, and product design for our website.
Additionally, I oversaw vendor relationships, including a development team and printing vendors for our Title Agents, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of key projects.

Brand Guidelines
After completing the rebrand of Doma, which included a new website and logo produced by a design agency, I took on the responsibility of creating comprehensive brand guidelines. These guidelines were tailored to different mediums, including print, digital, and large-scale formats, ensuring consistency across all platforms. I collaborated closely with the design team to implement the brand, with oversight from my creative director. I presented these guidelines to the larger company, and afterward, I refined the branding further by developing more detailed guidelines specifically for social media and editorial design.

Social Guidelines
Cultivating the branding for our social media presence was a rewarding experience. I implemented this vision across our designs by closely guiding and collaborating with the design team to ensure consistency and alignment. I then presented the finalized guidelines to the larger company, ensuring a cohesive approach across all platforms.
